Step 4: Hold the conversation
Now you have found your area of influence and some colleagues to work with, have a conversation within your wider institution.
If you decide to run a workshop you can use the workshop plan to discuss, reflect and prioritize collective action within your organisation or field (see workshop slides and template for collaborative document for you to adapt as appropriate).
